Chelsea Wear Special "Building Bridges" Shirt vs West Ham
During the game against West Ham last night, which was Chelsea's annual Game for Equality, the home team had the logo of the club's Building Bridges initiative on their shirt.
Building Bridges aims to bring together anti discrimination campaigns and charities to highlight the importance of discrimination in football.
In addition to the small detail on the kits worn during the game, Chelsea's players warmed up wearing Game for Equality shirts.
The matchworn Chelsea Game for Equality football shirts will be be put up for auction shortly, with all proceeds going to the Chelsea Foundation.
