Below you can see new Düsseldorf 19-20 home jersey.
As in the successful current season, the home jersey for the next Bundesliga year is once again be dedicated to "tradition", one of the core values of the Fortuna DNA.
In the style of the Fortuna jersey from 1982 to 1985, the new Fortuna Düsseldorf 19-20 home jersey comes in a classic design. The basic colour white dominates the jersey, which is set off in the shoulder area with a red fabric insert. The collar is designed as a red turtleneck with a rubberized button, similar to the model from the 1980s.
Below the crest there seems to be a text referencing the club's founding year and the 125th anniversary that will be celebrated next year. The F95 lettering is embroidered on the neck - also in gold.
Inside the jersey there is a photo of legendary Fortuna Düsseldorf player Manfred Bockenfeld as well as the lettering "Kämpfen und Siegen seit 1895" ("Fighting and winning since 1895").
White shorts and socks round off the fresh look.
Melanie Steinhilber, Managing Director of uhlsport GmbH, adds: "For Fortuna Düsseldorf, a high level of fan identification with the home jersey is very important. As a true traditional club, Fortuna provides great impulses in this respect and we are happy to have been able to implement the joint concept. Now we hope that this new and historically inspired Fortuna jersey will give the team what its name means: luck and success for the new season in the Bundesliga".
