No More Adidas - Macron UEFA Champions League 19-20 Referee Kits Released - Debut In EL & CL Finals
Macron and UEFA have agreed a deal until 2022 for the Italian kit manufacturer to provide referee uniforms for all UEFA competitions. The new Macron UEFA referee outfits will be used for the first time at next week's UEFA Europa League final in Baku and in the UEFA Champions League final final three days later in Madrid.
Macron and UEFA signed a three-yer deal. This means that the Macron UEFA referee kits will be used in all UEFA competitions until 2022
"We are delighted to have Macron on board as UEFA's new referee kit supplier for the next three years," said UEFA's chief refereeing officer Rosetti. "This is a company that is always pushing the boundaries to come up with the latest innovations to ensure that referees feel as comfortable as possible when undertaking such an important and high-pressured role on the field of play."
Macron UEFA Champions League & Europa League Referee Kits
The new Macron UEFA Champions & Europa League referee uniforms introduce modern looks compared to Adidas' and Nike's latest referee jerseys. They have the Macron Hero logo on the center at chest height as well as on both shoulders.
There are four different colors of the Macron Champions League & Europa League Referee Kits - one classic black / white and three flashy color combos - Neon Yellow, Neon Sky and Neon Pink.
The front of the shirt has a striped design with black details on the crewneck and the sleeve edges (except for the solid black version), and it is accessorized with comfortable front pockets with hook-and-loop fasteners.
Black shorts will match all four shirts, while the socks will echo the colors of the jerseys, interrupted by one black horizontal stripe featuring the Macron Hero.
The Macron referee jerseys have a slim fit cut. The micromesh inserts allow a maximum breathability.

Sunderland is The Only Premier League Club Without A Front-of-Shirt Sponsor
Heading into Gameweek 2, Sunderland remains the sole Premier League side with both their chest and sleeve sponsorship slots left blank.
Due to the ban on front-of-shirt gambling sponsors coming into effect for the 2026/27 season, W88 was unable to continue its partnership with Sunderland, while their Live Score Bet sleeve deal was not renewed.
Ahead of the new season, three Premier League clubs were still searching for front-of-shirt sponsors: Chelsea, Nottingham Forest, and Sunderland. However, Nottingham secured a deal with Marex just in time, while The Blues announced Circle Internet Group right after Gameweek 1 - leaving the Black Cats as the only side yet to find a replacement.
