Sponsors Destroy Classy Nike Corinthians 19-20 Kits

Update: Corinthians debuted their brand-new away kit against Gremio yesterday. Just as their home kit, it is also plastered with sponsor logos.

This week, the new Nike Corinthians 2019-20 home jersey was officially released. Inspired by the kit worn 10 years ago when legendary Ronaldo R9 joined the club, it actually features a clean pinstripes design. However, the shirt looked not very clean when debuted last weekend.

Nike Corinthians 2019-2020 Release vs Actual League Version

It is fair to say that the design of the Corinthians 19-20 home uniform is pretty much destroyed by the various sponsor logos that are featured on the player's jerseys - the Corinthians 19-20 home kit as worn in official matches comes with more than dozen different sponsor logos on the front, the sleeves, the back and the side of the kit.

The shorts of the jersey are also feature some sponsor brandings, while only the socks come as shown on the release images.

Luckily for fans, they can buy the Nike Corinthians 2019-20 home kit without any sponsor logos. A version with the sponsor logos is not even sold.

It is nothing unusual that the jerseys of Brazilian / South American teams feature a lot of different sponsor logos - in example, the jerseys of Corinthians' opponent Chapecoense feature big sponsor logos on both sleeves, the front, the back and the shorts. They are all monochromatic white and not colorful, however.
