Porto 19-20 Third Kit Revealed
- Kit Launch: FC Porto's 19-20 third kit, made by New Balance, was unveiled today and will be available for purchase tomorrow, June 14, 2019.
- Design: The kit is predominantly dark blue with a turquoise abstract graphic print inspired by the club's mythical dragon symbol.
- Quote: New Balance Football's Kenny McCallum stated the design was intended to instantly connect with fans by celebrating the Dragon symbol.
The new FC Porto 19-20 third kit was officially unveiled by the Portuguese club and its shirt supplier New Balance today. It will be available to buy from tomorrow, 14 June 2019.
Porto 19-20 Third Kit
This is the New Balance Porto 2019-2020 third jersey.
Based on the already well-known NB template, the new FC Porto home shirt is predominantly dark blue with a bold graphic print. This abstract print is inspired by the mythical dragon, the club symbol and covers most of the front in turquoise ('blue atoll').
More of the color is used for the detail on the sleeve cuffs, while the sleeves, yoke and back are all simply blue. 'FC Porto' is written on the upper back in turquoise.
General Manager of New Balance Football, Kenny McCallum said, “When we set out to create the 19/20 third kit, it was really important for us to deliver a style we felt the fans could instantly connect with. Celebrating the Dragon has resulted in a visually stunning jersey”.
