Red Adidas Predator Mania - 2019 Remake vs 2002 Original
With the red Adidas Predator Mania 2019 remake football boots, Adidas has tried to offer fans the same boot feeling as in 2002. The red Adidas Predator Mania 2019 remake soccer shoes have a Kangaroo leather upper and a fold-over tongue.
The main difference between the 2002 and 2019 boots is the sole construction. Just as it has been the case with previous remakes, the Adidas Predator Mania 2019 remake comes with the sole plate of the current Adidas Predator cleats, the Adidas Predator 19.1 (and not the plate of 2002).
Visually, the design of both cleats is almost identical. In fact, Adidas also replicated the classic insole design of the Adidas Predator Mania 2002 cleats, something they had nit done with previous remakes.

Price-wise, it is not really possible to compare the 2002 with the 2019 boots. The remake will be available to buy for around 300 Euro, while the regular Adidas Predator Mania 2002 boots had the standard price of that time - around 150 Euro.

German club VfL Osnabrück have unveiled a special kit for their DFB-Pokal first-round clash against FC Bayern Munich. Manufactured by Capelli Sport, the one-off jersey pays homage to one of the biggest cup upsets in German football history, when Osnabrück defeated Bayern 5-4 at the Olympiastadion in Munich on September 23, 1978.
The Osnabrück 26-27 DFB-Pokal special shirt closely mirrors the clean aesthetic worn during that historic 1978 triumph. Predominantly white, it features a bold retro polo collar and matching sleeve cuffs in Osnabrück's signature purple.
Completing the look, the special edition kit is paired with matching white shorts and socks accented by purple detailing. The kit will be worn exclusively during the home cup tie against Bayern Munich at the Bremer Brücke and is available through the club's official retail channels.
