Following several news reports about the impending change, Deportivo La Coruña, currently placed 21th of 22 teams in the league, have actually dropped the "revolutionary" but unpopular hooped 19-20 home shirt in favor of a more traditional striped one.
The Deportivo 2020 special uniform was debuted in the game against Racing Santander yesterday, which saw the team continue the recent positive dynamic and a record a third straight win. It is set to be used one more time as per the earlier press stories.

The new Deportivo La Coruña 2020 special jersey introduces a very clean and straightforward design. It's striped in blue and white with a black Macron logo on the right chest. The stripes cover the sleeves, while there's a large blue box on the back to house player names and numbers.

The move to individualized fonts allows the teams to fully customize the backs of their shirts for both domestic and European competitions.
