FC Porto Wears Special Handwritten 'Super Doc' Kits
Portuguese club FC Porto wore special kits with handwritten players' names in honor to health professionals in yesterday's Primeira Liga return match against Famalicão.
Porto Wears Special Kits To Pay Homage To Medical Stuff
In the game against Famalicão, the players' names were handwritten. The handwritten names come from staff who write their names on the protective material to be identified by colleagues and patients.
Additionally, Porto's jersey also had the inscription "Super Doc" instead of the regular sponsor "Super Bock", a beer company. Super Doc is a reference to health professionals who took the field against Covid-19.
Porto surprisingly lost the match with 1-2.
