New Balance Liverpool 20-21, Nike Man United 14-15 & Many More - Kits That Were Not Released Due To Kit Supplier Switch

Currently, many kit and sponsorship contracts are in a state of limbo due to the season extended because of the COVID-19 pandemic in many countries. On the past, there have been some abrupt kit maker switches - this caused many football kits to be never released due to a new supplier. We take a look at those that didn't see the light because there was a supplier switch - thanks to @hendocfc for the idea and several kit aficionados for the entries.

Kits That Were Not Released Due To Kit Supplier Switch

The recent football kits that were never released include the Adidas Man Utd 2015-16 home kit by Nike and the Nike Rayados Monterrey 2014-14 Home Kit. The most recent set of kits that got leaked but will never be launched is Liverpool's 2020-21 kit set from New Balance.

Of course, there are many, many designs that never saw the light AND were never shown off. Brand tend to show off "prototypes" to give clubs a glimpse of what they can expect.
