Arsenal's Women's team wore the 2020-2021 home kit with red shorts on October 4 2020, Arsenal's Men's team wore the 2020-2021 away kit on October 17, while the Arsenal U23 team wore the standard 20-21 home kit combo on October 24.
The reason for the Arsenal's Women's team to wear red shorts was to avoid a shorts clash (likely due to regulations of the FA Women's Super League), the reason for the Men's team was marketing (almost 100% certainly), while the Arsenal U23 team just use their standard kit (possible no regulation in the U23 Premier League).
