Goretzka Returns After Injury Wearing Blackout Nike Mercurial Superfly VIII Boots
Images from Bayern Munich's training suggest that Bayern München midfielder Leon Goretzka could leave his supplier Nike.
Leon Goretzka previously has been sponsored by Nike since he made his first matches as a professional. He did not wear any other boot silo than the Mercurial in his career until this week.
Leon Goretzka Trains in Blackout Nike Mercurial Superfly Boots
When returning to training after a COVID-19 infection this week, Leon Goretzka was wearing a pair of custom blacked-out Nike Mercurial Superfly 8 boots. This can be seen when taking a look at the heel area and other parts. We made a mock-up of how he blacked out the boots.
With Leon Goretzka wearing blacked-out boots it seems likely that his time with Nike has come to an end, just as it has been the case for dozens of footballers in the past few months.
Watch out for Leon Goretzka's boots in the coming weeks.

Striking Mesopotamian-Inspired Iraq 2026 World Cup Pre-Match Shirt Released
With the launch of their new official match kits, German sportswear brand Jako has revealed a striking new pre-match shirt for the Iraq national team. While the match kits utilize subtle designs, this warm-up top takes the cultural homage to an entirely new and vibrant level.
The Jako Iraq 2026 World Cup pre-match shirt is a bold display of ancient Mesopotamian artistry. The jersey features thick, horizontal bands of highly detailed patterns running across the entire torso and sleeves. These intricate motifs, rendered in contrasting gold, white, and black, draw direct inspiration from traditional Babylonian ornamentation, Assyrian floral designs, and the iconic decorative elements famously found on the legendary Ishtar Gate.
To balance the complex and busy graphic layout, the crew neck collar and sleeve cuffs are kept simple in solid black.

Adidas EQT Flamengo 1992 Retro Collection Leaked
Adidas will release a special 1992 EQT retro range for Flamengo, as shared by specialized club outlet Coluna do Fla.
The Adidas Flamengo 1992 2026 retro collection features a striking vintage tracksuit and matching t-shirts that lean heavily into the club's early history and the bold sportswear aesthetics of the 1990s.
The predominantly red and black pieces prominently feature the classic Adidas Trefoil text logo alongside the historic Flamengo rowing crest, deliberately substituting the modern "CRF" monogram for the club's traditional anchor-and-oars emblem.
