When returning to training after a COVID-19 infection this week, Leon Goretzka was wearing a pair of custom blacked-out Nike Mercurial Superfly 8 boots. This can be seen when taking a look at the heel area and other parts. We made a mock-up of how he blacked out the boots.

With Leon Goretzka wearing blacked-out boots it seems likely that his time with Nike has come to an end, just as it has been the case for dozens of footballers in the past few months.
