The new Inter Milan 2021-2022 home kit will feature a snake skin pattern. Now Italian Inter kit expert @rupertalbe has made people aware how exactly it could look like - the snake skin is likely inspired by the Inter home kit Nike released exactly 20 years ago.
Nike Inter 21-22 Snakeskin Pattern Inspired by 01-02 Home Kit?
The Nike Inter 2021-2022 home kit will not be the first to have a snake pattern - the club's home kit released 20 years ago, for the 2001-2002 campaign, already featured a snake pattern.

The snake skin pattern featured on the side panels of the 01-02 home kit. A very similar snake skin design can seen on leaked stuff for the 2021-2022 season - we expect the snake skin design to feature on the front and back stripes of the Inter 21-22 home kit, more dominantly than on the classic shirt.
What might adds some further credibility to it is that the 2001-2002 season was the last in which Ronaldo R9 played for the club - we think Nike got inspired by the first kit Ronaldo scored a goal with for their Inter 2021 fourth kit.
