Italian graphic designer Sprengo created an alternative Nike Inter Milan fourth kit, and it is amazing.
Nike Inter Milan 2020-21 Alternative 4th Kit Concept by Sprengo
The Nike Inter alternative fourth jersey uses some elements of the Nike Inter Milan 1997-98 away kit while incorporating elements inspired by the official new fourth kit
Sprengo's shirt is mainly white with a blue / yellow / black vertical stripe on the left side, and more stripes on the right side.
On the top is a special Inter pattern created by the designer, inspired by the Supreme x LV pattern.
The concept would be likely allowed by Serie A
Interestingly, Inter Milan was not granted permission to wear their 2020-21 Nike fourth kit due to Serie A kit rules. We think that the alternative concept would be allowed according to Serie A kit rules.

FC Cartagena 26-27 Away Kit Released
Spanish side FC Cartagena and Macron have officially launched their new away kit for the 26-27 season, paying homage to the city's rich three-thousand-year heritage. Draped in traditional carmesí red, the jersey is decorated with an intricate all-over graphic pattern inspired by an ancient Roman mosaic uncovered in the crypt beneath the Catedral de Santa María la Vieja. Elegant gold detailing highlights the monochrome crest, collar trim, sleeve cuffs, and sponsor emblems, completed by the Latin motto Carthago Nova Invicta Est subtly sublimated onto the lower hem.
