New AS Monaco Logo Leaked? Just A Concept

Images of a new AS Monaco branding were shared on social media. However, while you might think it's a new leaked logo, that is certainly not the case.

The 'new' AS Monaco logo replaces the current design in favor of just a crown, with the lettering AS Monaco below it. It is a look that would be a huge change to the current crest, and somehow unique in the world of football.

However, the images of the new AS Monaco branding only look official at first glance. A closer look at the image reveals that there is an image with an Adidas boot visible, something that there wouldn't be if it was official - AS Monaco is sponsored by Kappa.

In fact, the current trademark for the AS Monaco FC logo was filled by the club in 2015. There is no new AS Monaco trademark in the official EU trade mark registry.

We do not think the club has any intentions to change its logo soon.
