UEFA EURO 2020 Font Released

Today we take a closer look at the official typeface of the UEFA EURO 2020, which you will spot often in the coming weeks.

Bridge Type - Official UEFA Euro 2020 Typeface

The official UEFA EURO 2020 typeface is called "Bridge Type". It is inspired by the concept of bridges.

"Bridge Type" is a sans serif typeface, with a very modular approach, fluid stencil shapes, and a special set of swashes that represent the connections between the countries, cities and players.

The font for the UEFA Euro 2020 was based on an idea by Young&Rubicam Portugal and developed by Adotbelow.

In fact, the Bridge Type font is similar but not identical to the text of the official UEFA Euro 2020 logo.

For smaller texts, the font is "PF Beau Sans Pro".

The official UEFA EURO 2020 typeface is used by UEFA for advertising campaigns, matchday graphics and more designs. It is part of UEFA's general Euro 2020 branding.
