Leicester City has debuted a new kit typeface in the Community Shield against Manchester City.
Leicester will wear the font in the Europa League, EFL Cup & the FA Cup
Leicester will wear the custom typeface in all competitions except the Premier League next season - Europa League, EFL Cup and FA Cup.
Leicester City 21-22 Kit Typeface
The Leicester 21-22 kit typeface has a more classy look than the previous typeface. The big numbers are gone in favor for a slimmer style with a small line in the middle.
After last season's cup typeface had no bespoke club elements, Leicester's 21-22 kit typeface comes with the fox from the club crest on the bottom.
Leicester charges per number & letter
The custom Leicester City 21-22 kit font is not available to buy in the club's online store. The Premier League typeface costs you 4 GBP per number and 1 GBP per letter in Leicester's store.
Only the EPL font can be purchased online.
Meanwhile, Manchester City were wearing their digital clock-inspired typeface also with their away kit. It was rather unfitting as the font was actually designed for the home kit...
