According to French journalist Julien Maynard, Lionel Messi has turned down Neymar's number 10 shirt at PSG, and instead intends to wear the number 19 - his former Barcelona and Argentina number.

It has been revealed that the Brazilian Neymar was willing to vacate his No. 10 shirt for Lionel Messi.
Messi wore the No. 19 shirt for FC Barcelona for two years, from the 2006-07 season until the 2007-08 season.
PSG's No.19 shirt is currently occupied by Pablo Sarabia.
