Exclusive: Russia 2022 Away Kit Info Leaked - No Crest If They Qualify For 2022 World Cup
We can leak the first info about Russia's new 2022 away jersey. It is made by Adidas and would be worn at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, should Russia manage to win their playoff matches.
If Russia qualify for the 2022 World Cup, they will have to wear neutral kits without the crest of the Russian Football Union. WADA banned Russia for four years, from 2018 until 2022.
Russia 2022 World Cup Away Jersey
We expect the Russia 2022 World Cup away kit to be mainly white. The outstanding feature will be an all-over graphic design inspired by the Northern Lights.
Nothing more concrete about the design is known yet, but it looks as though it will be quite spectacular.
The Adidas Russia 2022 World Cup away shirt could combine three accent colors: navy, lime and azure/aquamarine blue. Navy will likely serve as the main accent color for the jersey, with the other two colors, one of which is a blue tone, set to liven up the appearance.
The light shade of blue, somewhere between azure and aquamarine blue, could be seen in the form of the Adidas stripes and logos.
It is also possible but unlikely that the Adidas logo is red, similar to most previous away shirts.
Russia's Away Kit History
Adidas have provided the Russian national team with a variety of different away shirt designs, with a noticeable tendancy towards mainly white jerseys.
In fact, the last eight away shirts have featured a white base. The Russia 2022 away kit could evoke memories of the 2014 World Cup away strip. It featured a design inspired by the view the first men in space had of the Earth.

Adidas Launches Special 26-27 Dog Kit for Real Madrid
Adidas has released a dedicated kit for dogs linked to Real Madrid. The designs adapt the club's new 2026-2027 home kit.
The collection lets fans outfit their pets to match the team's look. It builds on Adidas's growing range of pet products, including similar jerseys created for select national teams ahead of the 2026 World Cup.
Arsenal Sends Kit Without Adidas Logo & Arsenal Crest
Arsenal shirt collector @NathanPanter_52 has posted images of the 26-27 home shirt bought for £136 that is missing both the Adidas logo and the club crest. The item is an official product - it is very uncommon that something like that happens.
LEAKED: Adidas to Upgrade Leeds United to Local Elite Tier
As spotted by @theadelites, a new customisation option on the Leeds United club shop website allows fans to chosse between replica and authentic kits (added by error too early). This probably means that Adidas has upgraded the club from the B Premium tier to one of the Local A Elite tiers. The move gives fans the option to select authentic kits built around advanced Climacool+ performance technology.
Reports from February indicated similar upgrades for clubs including Ajax and Lyon ahead of the 2026-27 season, but Adidas apparently postponed/scrapped these. Adidas previously already upgraded British teams Celtic, Aston Villa, and Newcastle United.
A quick color analysis of Newcastle's 26-27 home kit. It are not the colors that make this shirt bad, unlike the Madrid 26-27 kit.
