Charleston Battery Sign Hummel Deal - No More Nike
Last month, USL Championship club Charleston Battery announced that they have joined Hummel. They are leaving Nike, who have been supplying the team with jerseys and training gear for the past few years.
Charleston Battery Join Hummel
At the end of January, the USL side from Charleston revealed they had signed a multi-year deal with Hummel. The Danish brand have become the team's official on-field apparel provider.
This includes match, training and travel gear for the players and staff.
Whether or not the Charleston Battery will receive bespoke kits remains to be seen, as they are quite a small club, all things considered. We might see some form of standard Hummel teamwear worn by the team, with just a little bit of additional customization.
We expect to see the release of Hummel's new 2022 Charleston Battery jerseys in the near future.
