Nova Venécia 's new 2022 third shirt was released a couple of days ago. It is made by Icone. The similarities to Venezia's home kit are intentional and the Brazilian side have valid reasons.
The town was founded in 1888 by immigrants from Veneto, the Italian region that is home to Venice, hence the name "New Venice". With Venezia's home shirt being one of the most talked about kit designs in recent years, it's the perfect season for Nova Venécia to pay homage to their roots, get some free publicity and sell a few extra jerseys.

The Icone Nova Venécia 2022 third jersey is mainly black with dark grey chevrons on the front and a faded effect similar to that of Venezia's home jersey, which is a nod to the facades of the city's long-standing buidlings.
Green and orange are used for the bands on the sleeves, with the round neck collar also green. Gold details such as the Icone logo and NVFC badge complete the references, with the final touch being a gold lion icon above the hemline.
