Vasco Da Gama 2022 Away Shirt by Kappa Released

We have kit news from the Brazilian Serie A as the new Kappa Vasco da Gama 2022 away kit was released a couple of days ago.

This is the Vasco da Gama 2022 away shirt, made by Kappa.

The Kappa Vasco da Gama 2022 away jersey uses the club's classic design of a white shirt with a black sash running through the crest, which is essentially an inversion of the home the Kappa Vasco da Gama 2022 away jersey. The shirt has a raglan cut and the front part of the v neck collar is black, as are the sleeve cuffs. A simplified version of the club badge is placed within the sash while the Kappa logo features on the right of the chest.

Something quite unusual about the the Kappa Vasco da Gama 2022 away shirt is that there are some differences in the branding between the long and short sleeve versions. The short sleeve jersey has Omini logos with a fade effect stretching from the hemline up along the seam on the side of the shirt, stopping about half way up.

These are absent from the same position on the long sleeve version, and are found instead running from the cuffs to the elbow, fading from black do dark grey.

The sash is also present on the back of the shirt and a red font is used for the names and numbers. The launch version is free of sponsor logos, but there will be several on the shirts used in matches.

Black shorts and socks complete the new Kappa Vasco da Gama 2022 away strip.
