Burnley's new 2022-23 home kit was released today. It is made by Umbro, sponsored by new main sponsor Classic Football Shirts and will be worn in next season's Championship campaign.

This is the new Umbro Burnley F.C. Home shirt for 22-23.
Combining the club's traditional colours, the Umbro Burnley 22-23 jersey is mainly claret with light blue sleeves. The crew-neck collar and sleeve cuffs are claret as well, while the sponsor logos on the chest are white.

The design is a celebration of the classic kit from the Clarets' 1991-92 Division Four title-winning season. A striking, pixelated graphic pattern in different shades of red and blue covers the entire front of the Umbro Burnley 2022-23 home jersey.
The new Burnley 2022-23 home kit will be available to purchase from Friday 29th July.
Burnley Announce Classic Football Shirts as Main Sponsor For 22-23 Season
Burnley Football Club also announced that Classic Football Shirts will be the club's official shirt sponsor for the 2022-23 season.
Burnley FC Chairman, Alan Pace said: "I’m thrilled to continue our successful relationship with Classic Football Shirts and welcome them as official shirt sponsor for the season. We have been working together for some time now and I’m delighted to further develop this exciting collaboration."

Premium Material Returns to the World Cup Champions Badge
Alongside the second star above the crest, Spain officially unveiled a new 3D embossed World Champions badge during their recent 3-2 victory over England in the UEFA Nations League. This badge previously appeared on Spain's jersey after their 2026 FIFA World Cup triumph.
Compared to the heat-applied plastic version seen on Argentina's kits, the new badge from Cromotransfer offers a significantly more premium look, featuring an embossed surface and a multi-layered structure. Before that, Adidas has increasingly shifted to pre-applying tournament and champions badges directly in its manufacturing facilities.
However, this upgrade will be exclusive to the authentic player-version jerseys. The fan-version replica shirts will continue to feature the standard heat-transferred plastic badge.
