Nike 22-23 Replica Kits Are Cheap
Nowadays, virtually all big brands in the football shirt space release two versions (authentic & replica) of their jerseys. In theory, the authentic version is only supposed to be technologically superior to give top athletes an edge over the competition. Thanks to @leonlfc for the pictures.
However, some brands like American sportswear giant Nike only focus on the authentic version nowadays, which leads to very simple, cheap looking kits like Liverpool's 22-23 home shirt in the replica version.
Liverpool 22-23 Home Kit Lacks Quality in Replica Version

The new Liverpool 2022-2023 home kit features a very simple all-red look with white sponsor logos and dark red sleeve cuffs with a 'YNWA' detail.
Apart from that, the only interesting aspect of the club's new home kit is the intricate fabric used for the authentic version which elevates the design.
This means that you basically get a cheap red tee with white logos for 70 pounds if you buy the replica version. Additionally, the fabric and overall quality of Nike's 22-23 kits in the stadium version clearly looks inferior, especially in comparison to the authentic version which "only" costs 30 pounds more.
Liverpool is not the only case where Nike tries to save money by producing a very basic replica version of their new jerseys. For example, Barcelona got a unique away shirt this season featuring a map of the city. However, the replica version is produced with another fabric which creates a completely different, inferior look.
Fortunately, not every single Nike 22-23 kit has these big quality differences as we found 3 examples for how it should be: the Chelsea, PSG and Tottenham home kits are all available in the authentic and the replica version, but the only difference for all of them is the fabric and the logos. Apart from that, they are identical.
