UD Alméria Sign Castore Kit Deal

UD Almería, who will be back in La Liga next season, have today announced a "multi-year" kit deal with Castore.

Almería join the likes of Aston Villa, Leverkusen and Sevilla, who have all started partnerships with the UK brand just this summer. And even more clubs across Europe are set to follow over the coming years.

The official announcement states that the deal between Castore and Almería is a "long-term agreement", without giving any further details.

Castore replace Puma after just two seasons at the club. Before 2020, Almeria had Nike kits from 2012-19 and Adidas in 2019-20. Check out the full Almería Kit History here.

Pascal Lafitte, Director of Sponsorships at Castore has stated that "UD Almería's quest for constant improvement and dedication to reach the top perfectly reflects the spirit of Castore 'Better Never Stops'. We are incredibly excited about their return to the First Division.
For his part, Mohamed El Assy, General Director and CEO of UD Almería, stressed that "we loved the idea of joining Castore from the first moment. We are two young and ambitious companies that are working hard to reach the top. We hope that we can achieve our goals together.”

We expect the inaugural Castore Almería kits to be launched shortly.
