On Friday, we exclusively leaked the new Netherlands 2022 away jersey, which will be officially unveiled on September 21, 2022.
Funnily enough, the new Netherlands 2022 away shirt looks eerily similar to the over 20 years old Netherlands Euro 2000 away shirt. Back then, the Netherlands reached the semi-finals.
Netherlands 2022 World Cup Away Shirt Vs Euro 2000 Away Kit

The Nike Netherlands 2022 World Cup away football shirt features a dark blue main color - "Deep Royal". Nike combine it with a bright reddish-orange accent color for logos, "Habanero Red", and large black applications.
The Nike Netherlands Euro 2000 away shirt is also royal blue with a black side panel that runs from the sleeve cuffs all the way to the hem. Additionally, the logos are also orange.
However, there are also some differences between both jerseys. First of all, the badge of the Netherlands 2000 away shirt is a new, simplified version depicting a larger lion, and it is surrounded by a black shield.
Secondly, the Netherlands 2022 World Cup away shirt features orange trim on the sleeve cuffs. Lastly, Nike's new 2022 template comes with a separate insert around the front of the neck by default. This time, it is black. All of these features are not part of the Netherlands Euro 2000 away jersey.
