Mitre today launched the official match ball for the 2022-23 Emirates FA Cup, the Mitre Ultimax Pro.

The Mitre Ultimax Pro Limited Edition football "encapsulates Mitre’s ethos of being real football for real fans". It is decorated with 16 delta chevrons, each one creatively capturing the essence of some of Mitre’s most celebrated and recognizable footballs from the last 30 years.

In terms of tech, the new Mitre Ultimax Pro is anything but nostalgic. It has a four-panel thermally bonded construction with Hyperflow debossed grooves across the ball.

Indeed, the panel design is remarkably similar to the panels of the Adidas Brazuca 2014 World Cup soccer ball.

According to Mitre, the new Mitre Ultimax Pro soccer ball is 32% more durable than its predecessor.
