There is a chance that Argentina have to modify their 2022 World Cup away kit to comply with FIFA Equipment Regulations.

Argentina Forced to Have Full-Color Logo for 2022 World Cup Away Kit?
The Argentina 2022 World Cup away kit has a monochrome silver federation logo. FIFA might require Adidas/Argentina to create an alternative version with a full-color crest. At least if they follow the same practice as with Ecuador.
Ecuador's 2022 World Cup away jersey also has a monochrome silver crest. They had to change it to a regular-colored federation badge for the 2022 World Cup.
There is apparently no rule that forbids a monochrome crest for an away kit
However, there is no rule that forbids teams from having a monochrome logo for their away kit. As per FIFA Equipment Regulations, teams are allowed to have a different colored logo for their "Alternative Playing Kit".

Indeed, the official match data has the Argentina 2022 World Cup away kit with the monochrome logo. However, the logo of Ecuador's away kit also looks like a monochrome version in the official FIFA match data (blurred picture), but it was full-color in the match.

If Adidas/Argentina have registered the away kit correctly, there should be no problem with the kit. However, you never know if FIFA changed their mind last minute.
