The Puma Cerro Porteño 2023 special football shirt is a collector's edition and will not be worn in official matches. It is a remake of the Puma shirt worn by the club in 1993 and has their trademark blue and red stripes and a polo collar.

It has a Puma vintage jocktag above the hemline and the number 10 printed on the back.
