Italian football kit fan @fmcustomkits drafted up his own take on the Roma's away kit for next season, using another Roman feature as the pattern. "Sampietrini" are small blocks of leucite rock that are used as paving stones in many locations across the city. They were first used in the 16th century, which means they aren't from ancient times, but a recognisable symbol of the city no less. Check out how the pattern has been incorporated into the shirt design below.

The Adidas A.S.Roma 2023-24 away concept football shirt is an off-white/cream colour with black logos and sleeve stripes. Orange and red trim is found on the cuffs.
The tonal pattern found all over the shirt recreates the appearance of the Sampietrini-paved streets of Rome.
