No More Adidas - Bosnia Announce Kelme Kit Deal - 2023 Kits to Be Released This Month
Confirming our first guess from Spring 2021, the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team today announced that they have signed a deal with Spanish kit maker Kelme. The new kits will arrive in time for the EURO 2024 qualifiers - March 2023.
Bosnia will debut the Kelme 2023 kits in the first EURO 2024 qualifying matches, against Iceland and Slovakia, later this month.
Kelme to Replace Adidas
Adidas' kits had their ups and downs as well, since some were simple teamwear designs while others, such as the 2022 set, featured amazing bespoke looks.
Kelme on the other hand are guaranteed to supply the national team with fully custom shirts and training gear.
Adnan Džemidžić, Acting General Secretary of the NS/FS of BiH, said on the occasion of the signing of the agreement on technical cooperation:
"We are entering the new qualification cycle for qualifying for the 2024 European Championship in Germany with a new technical sponsor and the desire to jointly achieve qualification for this prestigious competition. The cooperation we concluded brings new benefits for both parties. We, for our part, strive for our set goals, and "Kelme" is a company that will be with us in the coming period to accompany us on that path."
Srđan Jaćimović, deputy director of the company "Jaćimović" doo, which is the representative of "Kelma" sports equipment for Bosnia and Herzegovina, said:
"This is a very challenging project for us, a serious professional task that requires great responsibility and complete commitment. It is a challenge to work for the national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the way to achieving new results. "Kelme", as a European brand with a long tradition, recognized the strength of the NS/FS BiH brand and the BiH national football team, and participated together with us in delivering the most attractive sponsorship offer. The materials from which the "Kelme" sports equipment is made are of representative material quality, tested on the market. Therefore, we sincerely believe that the national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina will achieve its first placement at the European Football Championship in the new sports equipment."
