Only 1 Sponsor-Free Inter & AS Roma Kit Available?
Italian giants Inter Milan and AS Roma have decided to remove the DigitalBits logo from their kits, due to ongoing payment issues with the blockchain company. Will the unsponsored kits be available for purchase?
Inter had signed an 85 million euro deal with DigitalBits in September 2021, but have not received any payments this season. Roma also suspended their agreement after DigitalBits failed to make a payment due on March 31.
Roma's SPQR kit sold out in less than 30 minutes
As a result, Roma have requested to wear the 'SPQR' logo, an abbreviation of an ancient Roman phrase, on the front of their shirts until the end of the season. Inter, on the other hand, are now playing without a sponsor.
Sponsor-Free SPQR Roma Kit Available to Pre-Order, Already Sold Out
The AS Roma SPQR 2002-2023 home kit was made available for pre-order by the club on April 30, 2023. However, it quickly sold out and is no longer available, except in two small kids sizes.
Meanwhile, it is unlikely that the unsponsored Inter Milan kit will be available for purchase. Pictures of Inter's unsponsored 22-23 home and away kits have been shared by kit insider @ekiiiiw, but they probably won't be available to the general public.
The situation follows a series of controversies surrounding blockchain and cryptocurrency sponsorship in football, with Inter confirming last November that they were already looking for a new shirt sponsor.
Sponsor-free versions of the 23-24 kits likely to be available for purchase
Both clubs are of course looking for a new kit sponsor for the 2023-24 season. However, with the production of the 2023-2024 kits already underway, chances are high that unsponsored versions of both kits will be available for purchase (images of the Inter kits have already leaked, while Adidas' Roma 23-24 kits will also be produced without a main sponsor).
Do you like the sponsor-free look of the Inter and Roma 2022-2023 kits? Do you think both clubs will find a main sponsor for the 23-24 season? Comment below.

Adidas Germany 'Alternate History' 1992 Collection Leaked
Update - Friday, May 22, 2026: Thanks to our follower @Julifu90, we have an image of the t-shirt of the Adidas Germany EQT 1992 retro collection. It is set to be released in the coming days.
We have the first image of a unique new Adidas Germany retro jacket, showcasing an intriguing new approach from the sportswear brand.
While the design instantly evokes strong nostalgia for the 1990s, this upcoming release is actually an "alternate history" creation. Despite its highly authentic vintage appearance and period-accurate details, this specific track jacket never actually existed in the official Adidas catalogues during the 1990s, making it a brand new addition to their retro-focused lifestyle collection.
To achieve this convincing old-school aesthetic, Adidas has utilized their classic 1992 template as the structural foundation for the design. The garment features a vibrant green base that heavily nods to Germany's traditional away kits of the era. The colors of the German national flag are cleverly completed on the sleeves through large geometric blocks that also recreate the 3 stripes.
The same jacket will also be released for Spain and other Adidas national teams.
