The Adidas AC Ajaccio 2023-2024 football shirt has a River Plate-like design - it is white with a red Sash. This is to pay homage to Napoleon Bonaparte and the outfit he wore more than 200 years ago.
Napoleon was born on August 15, 1769, in the vicinity of Ajaccio. He passed away in 1821. Napoleon 1st retains a very important place in the daily lives of Ajacciens, and there are many places where his memory is celebrated. The photoshoot was done on the Napoleonic side of the town hall to highlight this new AC Ajaccio jersey and its diagonal stripe.
The Adidas branding is featured in black, while the club crest is displayed in full color.
