Udinese Sign New Main Sponsor, But Now Two Front Sponsors Ruin Aesthetics the Kit

Udinese Football Club have announced a new sponsorship deal with PromoTurismoFVG, the regional tourism body for Friuli Venezia Giulia.

Udinese New Main Sponsor - PromoTurismoFVG - "Io sono Friuli Venezia Giulia"

The Udinese Calcio PromoTurismoFVG sponsorship deal will cover the 2023-24, 2024-25, and 2025-26 seasons, making PromoTurismoFVG the main sponsor of the club during this time. However, the new sponsor's logo, "Io sono Friuli Venezia Giulia," sits awkwardly high, partly between the club crest and brand logo, leaving many fans unhappy with the new arrangement.

Together with the second front-of-shirt sponsor, Prestipay, the classic inspiration of the kit is very disrupted.

"Io sono Friuli Venezia Giulia" is a brand created for tourism promotion and is known for promoting sustainability and the origin of agri-food production within the region.

The Udinese Calcio x PromoTurismoFVG sponsorship deal is worth approximately 1.2 million euros annually.

Luckily for fans, Macron are still selling the Udinese 23-24 kits without the two main sponsors.
