Adidas to Make Kits For Turkey's Three Biggest Clubs? Major Kit Maker Switches Incoming in Turkey

Update: Adidas have reportedly entered the race to make Galatasaray's kits from the 2024-2025 season. According to Galatasaray expert @sinyorpep_, Adidas made a serious and high amount offer to become Galatasaray's kit maker. Negotiations with Adidas and Puma "are ongoing".

If Adidas would sign both Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray, the Three Stripes would supply the three biggest teams of Turkey - Besiktas, Fenerbahçe, and Galatasaray.

Two of Turkey's biggest football teams, Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe, could switch kit makers for the 2024-25 season.

Galatasaray to Join Adidas, New Balance or Puma

Galatasaray President Dursun Özbek has confirmed that Nike will remain their jersey supplier for this current 2023-24 season, but they will have a new supplier for the 2024-25 season.

Adidas and Puma are favorites to become the new Galatasaray kit maker, with New Balance the third brand in the race.

Nike had been making Galatasaray's kits since 2011. Puma have never made the kits of Galatasaray.

Fenerbahçe to Join Adidas?

Meanwhile, Fenerbahçe are rumored to leave Puma and join Adidas.

The latest info from Turkish journalist Yağız Sabuncuoğlu (@yagosabuncuoglu) indicates that Fenerbahçe are already in talks with Adidas to supply their football team jerseys. This move would mean that Adidas are set to replace Puma as the official kit supplier for Fenerbahçe.

Adidas and Fenerbahçe have worked together several times. Most recently, Adidas supplied Fenerbahçe from 2004 until 2021, when Puma came in.

The third Turkish powerhouse, Besiktas, have a contract with Adidas until 2026. However, there have been some vague rumors that they could leave Adidas ahead of 2026, even though there is nothing concrete yet.
