Sampdoria have officially released a stunning limited-edition shirt to commemorate the 40th anniversary of their historic 1985 Coppa Italia triumph. The shirt celebrates the club’s iconic victory over AC Milan, which marked the first major trophy in Sampdoria’s history.

The Macron U.C. Sampdoria 2025 40th Anniversary Coppa Italia Celebration football shirt pays tribute to the club’s legendary 1984-85 campaign under Eugenio Bersellini. Designed in Samp’s classic blue, the shirt features the unmistakable red, white, and black horizontal bands, paired with elegant retro detailing throughout.
A standout element is the embroidered inscription “3 Luglio 1985” on the back of the collar - the date when Sampdoria sealed their 2-1 win over Milan in the second leg of the final.
