Yesterday, Megan Rapinoe played her final game for the United States women's national team. She was presented with a special pair of Nike Mercurial Vapor 15 boots by Nike in honor of her great career.
Nike Mercurial Vapor 15 Rapinoe special edition
The Nike Mercurial Vapor 15 'Rapinoe' boots are predominantly white with blue and red accents to reflect the colors of the American flag, while the silver soleplate completes the look of the shoe.
The red-bordered Swoosh and AIR graphic running down each side of the boot both feature stars inside, while '200' appears on the side of the heel, acknowledging Rapinoe’s international caps. In particular, the Swoosh is designed in reverse, demonstrating the groundbreaking influence that only a few stars in Nike's history have had.
The number 15 (Rapinoe's shirt number) is also printed on the tongue, the laces are red and the American flag also appears near the heel. The word 'Rapinoe' appears in silver on the heel, replacing the word 'Mercurial'.
Megan Rapinoe has been feature for the USWNT for 17 years, making 203 caps, winning two World Cups and an Olympic gold medal. Yesterday, Rapinoe brought the curtain down on her glittering international career. And the shoes Nike has prepared are a beautiful tribute to Rapinoe.

The Vis Pesaro 26-27 home kit stays true to the club's heritage, featuring the iconic red and white vertical stripes alongside a clean white round collar and matching sleeve trims. The Macron Hero logos and club crest are positioned on the chest, paired with classic styling that represents the identity of the Biancorossi.
Completing the lineup, the away shirt arrives on a clean white base highlighted by an abstract red marble pattern across the torso. The collection also includes an anthracite grey kit defined by an eye-catching white chevron across the midsection, subtle tonal textures across the chest, and refined dark trims.
Ternana Women 26-27 Home Kit Released
Newly promoted Serie A Women side Ternana have officially unveiled their home kit, becoming one of the very few women teams to have their own bespoke designs.
Made by Macron, the jersey put an interesting twist on the traditional green and red stripes, using one large central stripe and four smaller stripes around it, spreading out on the top. All of the stripes are outlined with yellow trims, matching with the logos and accents.
