Adidas 2024 Authentic Kit Material Leaked
For their 2024 football kits, Adidas are not only introducing new designs but also a new material for their high-end authentic kits.
The new Adidas 2024 authentic kit material was first leaked by Footy Headlines with the Italy 2024 away kit. Sports Apparel Designer Saintetixx (@Saintetixx) provides us with a mock-up of a basic Adidas kit.

This is the Adidas 2024 authentic material shirt.
The new Adidas 2024 authentic material replaces the diagonal ventilation pattern in favor of an offset vertical lines pattern. This results in a cleaner look.
It remains to be seen if Adidas have made further changes to their authentic fabric and, in particular, if they have improved the technique against heat.
The names of the actual technology of the authentic and replica Adidas 2024 kits are the same as before. The authentic kits have Adidas' Heat.Rdy tech and label, while the replica have Adidas' Areoready tech and label.
Adidas also launch a new gold authentic label for their 2024 football kits.
The Adidas 2024 authentic material debuts in early 2024, likely with the Adidas 2024 national team kits, but possibly already earlier, with the Adidas 2024 MLS kits.

Union Berlin 26-27 Home Kit to Be Released June 8
German newspaper BILD has confirmed our leak of the Adidas 1. FC Union Berlin home kit for the 2026-27 season. The design shifts from the prior red and white striped look to a predominantly red shirt with white accents on the collar and shoulders. An embossed geometric pattern across the front and sleeves directly references the steel roof structure of Stadion An der Alten Försterei as a tribute to the club's historic ground. Sponsors Adidas, Raisin and Kermi remain unchanged from the previous season.
The kit will be officially unveiled on June 8, an earlier date chosen to avoid the FIFA World Cup window running from June 11 to July 19.
Adidas Launches Special 26-27 Dog Kit for Real Madrid
Adidas has released a dedicated kit for dogs linked to Real Madrid. The designs adapt the club's new 2026-2027 home kit.
The collection lets fans outfit their pets to match the team's look. It builds on Adidas's growing range of pet products, including similar jerseys created for select national teams ahead of the 2026 World Cup.
Arsenal Sends Kit Without Adidas Logo & Arsenal Crest
Arsenal shirt collector @NathanPanter_52 has posted images of the 26-27 home shirt bought for £136 that is missing both the Adidas logo and the club crest. The item is an official product - it is very uncommon that something like that happens.
LEAKED: Adidas to Upgrade Leeds United to Local Elite Tier
As spotted by @theadelites, a new customisation option on the Leeds United club shop website allows fans to chosse between replica and authentic kits (added by error too early). This probably means that Adidas has upgraded the club from the B Premium tier to one of the Local A Elite tiers. The move gives fans the option to select authentic kits built around advanced Climacool+ performance technology.
Reports from February indicated similar upgrades for clubs including Ajax and Lyon ahead of the 2026-27 season, but Adidas apparently postponed/scrapped these. Adidas previously already upgraded British teams Celtic, Aston Villa, and Newcastle United.
