Netzer made 230 Bundesliga appearances for Borussia between 1965 and 1973, scoring 82 goals and providing 71 assists and winning the German championship in 1970 and 1971.

The special Gladbach 2024 Günter Netzer kit features a very classic design inspired by Gladbach's iconic Bundesliga-winning 1971-1973 design. It is white with a vertical black and green stripe running through the classic boxed Gladbach crest.
All Puma logos are black. On the upper top, below the collar, is Netzer's signature. The shirt is available with long sleeves only.
