Bayer Leverkusen 24-25 120th Anniversary Kit Released

- Kit Debut: Bayer Leverkusen debuted their 120th anniversary kit in a recent 2-2 draw, featuring a black jersey with red and yellow accents reminiscent of their 1907/08 shirt.
- Design Details: The anniversary kit, made by Castore, includes the founding logo of the club, a special NFC chip for accessing content, and dark grey logos, with black shorts and socks.
- Availability: The 120th anniversary kit will be worn in one Bundesliga match and is available for purchase, with replica versions priced at 100 EUR and authentic versions at 150 EUR.
Update: Bayer 04 Leverkusen debuted the 120th anniversary kit in yesterday's 2-2 draw against Holstein Kiel. Castore also created an all-white goalkeeper kit, which is not available to buy (there are, unfortunately, no good pictures of the keeper kit, but we tried our best to take snapshots of the game).
Update: Bayer Leverkusen officially launched a special jersey to celebrate its 120th anniversary. It is made by Castore and will be worn in one Bundesliga match.
Leverkusen was founded on 1 July 1904 by employees of the pharmaceutical company Bayer (whose headquarters are in Leverkusen and from which the club draws its name).

This is the Bayer 04 Leverkusen 2024-2025 120th anniversary jersey.
The new Castore Bayer 04's 2024-2025 120th anniversary football shirt is reminiscent of the club's first shirt from 1907/08, with a predominantly black color, a red polo collar and yellow buttons under the collar.
The highlight of Bayer 04 Leverkusen's 2024-25 120th anniversary football shirt is the founding logo of the gymnastics and games club of Farbenfabriken vorm. Friedrich Bayer & Co. In Leverkusen with the Bayer lion as the club crest.
Another special feature is that there will be a special integrated NFC chip underneath the logo. You can hold your smartphone over the logo and discover special content inside.
The Castore logo and Barmenia sponsor are both dark grey, almost matching the black of the shirt. The word 'Werkself' is printed on the back neck of the shirt.
The Bayer Leverkusen 24-25 120th anniversary shirt comes with a special box.

Liverpool Could Use a Text-Only Turkish Airlines Sponsor?
Liverpool have announced that Turkish Airlines will become the club's new shirt sponsor from the 2027-28 season, ending the Reds' 17-year partnership with Standard Chartered.
While early fan concepts have used Turkish Airlines' familiar circular bird logo above the wordmark, a text-only sponsor could also be a realistic option.
The airline previously used a simplified two-line “TURKISH AIRLINES” wordmark on River Plate's shirts between 2019 and 2022, while Turkish clubs such as Galatasaray and Samsunspor have also used streamlined typographic versions of the branding.
A text-only layout could give Liverpool's future Adidas shirts a cleaner, less crowded look. The final sponsor application has yet to be confirmed, with the partnership set to begin in June 2027.
