The Arsenal 25-26 home kit is all red and white, so Adidas has gone with a monochrome white/red Arsenal logo to match the overall look.
In recent years, Adidas has gotten creative with the Arsenal logo. They no longer use the original logo and used a monochrome crest for the 23-24 season, followed by a Canon crest for the 24-25 season and will use a monochrome crest again for the 25-26 season.
