In addition to the European top five leagues, the Championship, and the second and third German divisions, the FM Bulk Kit Generator now also supports automated kit creation for:
- Major League Soccer (USA)
- Eredivisie (Netherlands)
- EFL League One (England)
- EFL League Two (England)
The developers noted that these leagues presented unique challenges during implementation. This included navigating the specific structural details of MLS kits, addressing data gaps for some teams (particularly concerning third kits as many MLS teams have never released a third kit in their history so far, which gonna change soon), and handling a higher incidence of missing sponsor information for certain clubs.
What's Next for the Bulk Kit Generator?
The team behind the tool is now shifting focus towards introducing the first wave of user customization options. Upcoming features are expected to include the ability to randomize kit manufacturers across a generated league or set specific historical time periods to influence the types of templates used.
