Adidas Creates Special "PREDRI🍌" Boots ID for Pedri
- Adidas and Pedri Collaboration: Adidas has created customized PREDRI football boots for Pedri, which he has been wearing since September 2025.
- Unique Boot ID Details: The boots feature a custom wordmark 'PREDRI SINCE 2002' and a banana emoji that references his nickname, homeland, and ambassadorship for Canary Islands Bananas.
- Personalized Branding: Adidas's boot ID is a unique design that tells a personal story about the player, marking one of their cleverest personalizations.
Update: Adidas and Pedri have showcased Pedri's customized PREDRI football boots, with the Spaniard wearing them since September 2025.
Adidas has created a unique and clever set of personalized details for Spanish and FC Barcelona midfielder Pedri, which have been spotted on his recent Predator boots.
Special Predator 'PREDRI SINCE 2002' Boots ID
The special boot ID includes a custom wordmark, 'PREDRI', and a brilliant tribute to his nickname, 'Mr. Banana'.
The most prominent feature is the custom text on the side and heel of his boots. Instead of the usual branding, it reads 'PREDRI' – a clever portmanteau combining 'PREdator' and 'PeDRI'. This is accompanied by 'SINCE 2002', marking the year of his birth.
The 'PREDRI' wordmark also replaces the standard 'PREDATOR' text on the heel of the boot, as has been seen in recent matches.
Perhaps the most unique detail is a tiny banana emoji placed on the side of the boot. This is a multi-layered reference that tells a story about the player:
- Nickname: It's a nod to his nickname, 'Mr. Banana', which was popularized by his former teammate Jules Koundé.
- Homeland: It's a famous symbol of his home, the Canary Islands, which is renowned for its banana cultivation and export.
- Ambassadorship: Furthermore, since 2021, Pedri has been an official ambassador for Canary Islands Bananas (Plátano de Canarias), an organization that promotes healthy eating and carries out charitable programs.
Of course, this isn’t the first time the banana emoji has appeared on Pedri’s boots. It was already featured on his personalized Predator Accuracy (2023) and even on the Copa Sense boots back in 2022.
This is a fantastic example of personalized branding from Adidas, creating a boot ID that is not only unique but also tells a personal story about the player.

Adidas Launches Special 26-27 Dog Kit for Real Madrid
Adidas has released a dedicated kit for dogs linked to Real Madrid. The designs adapt the club's new 2026-2027 home kit.
The collection lets fans outfit their pets to match the team's look. It builds on Adidas's growing range of pet products, including similar jerseys created for select national teams ahead of the 2026 World Cup.
Arsenal Sends Kit Without Adidas Logo & Arsenal Crest
Arsenal shirt collector @NathanPanter_52 has posted images of the 26-27 home shirt bought for £136 that is missing both the Adidas logo and the club crest. The item is an official product - it is very uncommon that something like that happens.
LEAKED: Adidas to Upgrade Leeds United to Local Elite Tier
As spotted by @theadelites, a new customisation option on the Leeds United club shop website allows fans to chosse between replica and authentic kits (added by error too early). This probably means that Adidas has upgraded the club from the B Premium tier to one of the Local A Elite tiers. The move gives fans the option to select authentic kits built around advanced Climacool+ performance technology.
Reports from February indicated similar upgrades for clubs including Ajax and Lyon ahead of the 2026-27 season, but Adidas apparently postponed/scrapped these. Adidas previously already upgraded British teams Celtic, Aston Villa, and Newcastle United.
A quick color analysis of Newcastle's 26-27 home kit. It are not the colors that make this shirt bad, unlike the Madrid 26-27 kit.
