The most decorated club in Major League Soccer history is updating its look. The LA Galaxy has officially unveiled a new six-star formation for its crest, celebrating their latest championship and a legacy of dominance.
LA Galaxy Announces New 2026 Six-Star Logo
Following their 2024 MLS Cup victory, the Galaxy spent the 2025 season with a "reigning champion" look, featuring a single silver star placed awkwardly atop the existing five-star cluster. For 2026, the design becomes much more cohesive.
The updated formation features six silver stars of equal size, spread evenly above the crest. This "three-on-three" alignment offers a symmetrical, modern aesthetic that finally integrates the sixth title into the permanent club identity.
Tom Braun, President and COO of LA Galaxy, emphasized that the change is about more than just hardware:
The six stars represent more than championships, they represent a legacy of leadership, resilience, and a relentless pursuit of greatness. This new formation is a visual statement of who we are, with room for who we're becoming.
Debut on 2026 Adidas Kits
The new branding will make its on-pitch debut with the launch of the LA Galaxy 2026 Home Kit. Based on early renders, the clean white base of the Galaxy jersey will be the perfect canvas for the shimmering silver "six-star" block.
