FC Barcelona to Use 24-25 Home Kit for 'Retro Match-Day'?

Nike did not create a special Barcelona kit for La Liga's retro match day, the fantastic initiative by the Spanish top flight. La Liga is hosting its historic first "Retro Match-Day" event during Matchday 31, which will take place between April 10-13, 2026.

As seen in Madrid Fashion Week, Barcelona could re-wear their 24-25 home shirt. Given the heavily nostalgic design of the 2024-25 kit—which celebrated the club's 125th anniversary—it serves as a good candidate for a throwback weekend. The 2024-25 FC Barcelona home kit features a classic half-and-half Blaugrana design, inspired by the team's first-ever kit.

However, originally, it was announced that Barcelona would only take part during warm-up, so it remains to be seen if they actually changed - but it appears so.
