A striking 70% of the outfield starting lineup - seven out of ten players chose to wear the long-sleeved version of the new Adidas shirt. The only starting outfielders to opt for the traditional short sleeves were the defensive trio Harry Maguire, Lisandro Martínez, and Luke Shaw.

Second-half arrivals Patrick Dorgu and Joshua Zirkzee both entered the pitch wearing the long-sleeved variant of the 26-27 home kit. Turkish Super Lig side Konyaspor has officially handed the design reins to its supporters by launching a fan vote to select the club's 2026-27 alternative kit, with three bespoke Hummel designs currently up for debate.
The "Anatolian Eagles" are offering a diverse menu of choices: a vibrant green-and-white checkered pattern that evokes a classic retro feel, a clean half-and-half vertical split with intricate chevron detailing on the sleeves, and a minimalist white base featuring a sharp green horizontal band across the chest.
In a nod to the club's heritage, the poll is scheduled to close this Friday, May 15 at exactly 19:22 - a tribute to the club’s founding year.
