We Rank FC Barcelona's Home Kits of the Last Decade
- Ranking Task: Drake Froomer ranked FC Barcelona's home kits from the last decade, covering Nike designs and various shirt styles.
- Bottom and Top Picks: The 2021-22 home kit is ranked last due to its controversial design, while the 2020-21 kit is favored for blending tradition and modernity.
- Top Three Kits: The top three kits are 2020-21, 2016-17, and 2024-25, with the 2020-21 kit standing out for its classic Blaugrana stripes and yellow pinstripes.
Our very own Drake Froomer (DMFroomer) took on the task of ranking the FC Barcelona home kits from the last decade. Looking back at the past ten years of Nike designs, the Catalan giants have worn a wide variety of shirts, ranging from deeply traditional vertical stripes to heavily experimental patterns. This countdown provides a look at the best and worst Blaugrana primary strips of recent memory, highlighting the distinct aesthetic eras of the club.
FC Barcelona 2015 - 2026 Home Kit Ranking
At the bottom of the pile, the highly controversial 21-22 home kit takes the unfortunate spot of dead last due to its jarring, crest-inspired structural graphics. Just ahead of it in tenth place sits the heavily polarizing checkerboard design from the 2019-20 campaign. On the opposite end of the spectrum, last season's 2024-25 half-and-half anniversary kit secured a very respectable third-place finish. Second place comes the 16-17 kit, launched 10 years ago.
Barcelona Top 3 Home Kits (2015-2026)
Claiming the number one spot as our absolute favorite Barcelona home shirt of the last decade is the 2020-21 release. This specific Nike design successfully blended tradition with a sharp modern edge, featuring classic wide Blaugrana stripes neatly separated by thin yellow pinstripes. The overall look was beautifully tied together by a matching yellow crew-neck collar, resulting in an instantly recognizable and incredibly clean football shirt.

Nike Pure Swansea 26-27 Kits Released
Marking their highly anticipated return to the Cymru South, Welsh side Swansea University FC have officially unveiled their new kits for the upcoming 2026-2027 campaign.
Supplied by Nike through teamwear specialists Direct Soccer, the new release provides the university team with a sharp aesthetic as they prepare for life back in the second tier of the Welsh football pyramid.
The standout of the release is the eye-catching away shirt, which boasts a vibrant mint green base. The front of the jersey is defined by a thick, solid black central vertical stripe, perfectly flanked by thinner black pinstripes running down the length of the torso. A clean white crew-neck collar and matching white Nike Swoosh add a crisp contrast to the design. The home kit is bright orange.
Neymar to Retain Brazil No. 10 Shirt for 2026 World Cup
The debate over Brazil’s most iconic shirt number has been officially settled ahead of the 2026 World Cup. It has been confirmed that Neymar will retain the famous No. 10 jersey for the upcoming tournament in North America.
Following a lengthy period away from the national team due to injury, questions had naturally arisen regarding the future of the prestigious shirt. During Neymar's prolonged absence, the Brazilian No. 10 was shared among the squad's other attacking stars. Both Vinicius Junior and Raphinha have donned the historic number in recent international fixtures.
Despite their growing influence and status within the Seleção, both players have willingly stepped aside out of respect for the veteran forward. Highlighting the squad's unity on the matter, Vinicius Junior openly addressed the situation, stating clearly that the shirt "obviously belongs to Neymar."
Earlier rumors suggested that Neymar might adopt the No. 13 jersey.
Do you agree with the decision to keep Neymar in the No. 10 shirt, or was it time to pass it on to a younger player like Vinicius Junior? Let us know in the comments below.
