Diadora Coritiba 2026 Pink October Kit Released
Coritiba and Italian sportswear brand Diadora have officially launched a special edition kit for the 2026 Pink October breast cancer awareness campaign. Titled the Camisa Sakura, the shirt takes inspiration from Japanese cherry blossoms to symbolize life, renewal, and resilience. The design is the fifth entry in the club's ongoing "Pelo Mundo Vai Brilhar" collection, paying tribute to Curitiba's rich Japanese cultural heritage and landmarks like the Praça do Japão.
The jersey is predominantly pink and features delicate cherry blossom illustrations layered over traditional Japanese wave patterns. To preserve the club's distinct identity, deep green trim is applied to the crossover collar, shoulder piping, sleeve cuffs, and hem. The Coritiba crest sits on the left chest opposite a green Diadora logo, accompanied by an exclusive Japanese-inspired font for player names and numbers. A small Sakura bloom graphic is also placed on the upper back just below the collar.
Coritiba will debut the special kit on October 12 in their Série A match against Botafogo at the Estádio Couto Pereira, which marks the club's 117th anniversary. For the occasion, Coritiba will yield their primary front-of-shirt sponsor space to Associação Amigas da Mama (AAMA), a non-profit organization that provides vital care and emotional support for women undergoing breast cancer treatment. Green shorts and green socks complete the kit.
