On Football has revealed the next edition in its rapid product development cycle with the ON-DCPT-KM410 prototype, custom-crafted for Real Madrid superstar Kylian Mbappé. Marked as "matchday ready," this latest iteration succeeds earlier development variants such as the KM010 and KM210 tested during the opening months of the 26-27 campaign, reinforcing the Swiss brand's transparent, real-match co-creation approach ahead of a planned commercial launch in 2027.

The standout update on the ON-DCPT-KM410 is the sole plate. It not only features a new eye-atching eye-catching, high-shine metallic chrome finish, but also a new construction. Positioned beneath a crystal-clear outer chassis, the reinforced chrome spine features a clean "Swiss Engineering" inscription and supports an aggressive layout of bladed and chevron studs optimized for explosive straight-line acceleration.
Behind-the-scenes laboratory imagery showcases the meticulous production and finishing process, including technicians fine-tuning the plate by hand and curing the boots inside specialized temperature cabinets on custom lasts.

The upper remains centered around On's revolutionary LightSpray technology, adapted directly from their elite running line. A robotic arm sprays a continuous thermoplastic filament onto a foot form in roughly three minutes, producing a seamless, sock-like fit free from traditional adhesives or stitching. Finished in the laboratory-inspired white aesthetic that has defined the project, the boot carries subtle black coding, LightSpray lettering along the lateral midfoot, and On's emblem on the heel.
