Swedish Allsvenskan club Djurgårdens IF and Adidas have officially unveiled a special edition kit to celebrate the club's 135th anniversary. Founded in 1891, the Stockholm-based side receives a sleek steel grey jersey inspired directly by their famous nickname, Järnkaminerna (The Iron Stoves).

The Djurgårdens 135th Anniversary Kit features a steel grey colorway with metallic silver detailing, including a monochromatic Adidas logo and tonal sponsor application. Instead of the current club badge, the chest showcases a historic four-pointed star crest engraved with DIF, referencing the club's early history. The design is completed with a classic polo collar and subtle shoulder stripes.
The men's team will wear the jersey on August 3 against Västerås SK, while the women's team will debut it on August 8 against IK Uppsala.
In a unique narrative touch, Djurgården announced that every original anniversary shirt symbolically functions as a season ticket for the 2161 season, 135 years into the future. A physical copy of the jersey has also been sealed in the club's archives along with a certificate and letter for future generations.
